Welcome to CFM Worship!

We recognize there are many people at CFM who have been given a gifting (craft) in worship and have a desire to use it to encourage our congregation. We call this part of our "Platform Ministry," and it includes vocalists, and instrumentalists.

An evaluation is required for those desiring to be part of any platform ministry. There are two prerequisites.

• Attend Church on Fire Ministries for at least (6) months (completion of the Journey is required).
• Attend an evaluation meeting.

Our vision is to develop highly influential God-worshippers. We are excited to partner with you in ministry and we can't wait to get to know you.

In the CFM worship ministry, we focus on developing the five following foundational values.

They are:

• Sincerity - having a heart of worship that is expressed with sincerity.
• Simplicity - cultivating a sound of worship that brings clarity and simplicity
• Skill - how we hone our skills to operate in our giftings with excellence
• Sacrifice - sacrifice is our constant companion
• Serve - connect and serve the people
